Beef and Quinoa Stuffed Peppers
Bell peppers stuffed with Steak-EZE® sliced steak, onion, garlic, quinoa, grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley topped with cheese and baked.

Beef Carnitas Bites
Mini tortilla cups stuffed with Steak-EZE® sliced steak salsa and jalapeno peppers topped with Monterey Jack cheese and fresh cilantro. 

Beef Shawarma Nachos
Baked pita bread is topped with cooked Steak-EZE® sliced steak and shredded mozzarella cheese then broiled until melted. Topped with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, and drizzledwith a classic sweet and savory shawarma sauce. 

Beef Vindaloo with Coconut Rice
Steak-EZE® Sliced Steak is sautéed with chopped fresh ginger, garlic, onion, paprika, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon and tomato paste. Simmered with strained tomatoes until thickened and served over rice that has been cooked with coconut milk.

Cheddar and Egg Breakfast Muffins
Savory muffin batter is studded with shredded aged cheddar, chopped green onion, cayenne pepper and cooked Steak-EZE® Sliced Steak. Batter is divided among paper-lined muffin cups and filled with halved soft-boiled eggs. Baked until golden and tender.

Easy Beef Stroganoff
Steak-EZE® Sliced Steak is sautéed with garlic, onion, tomato paste and flour. Simmered with beef broth and a splash of Worcestershire sauce until thickened, then finished with sour cream. Served over cooked egg noodles and sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley. 

Green Coconut Curry with Beef
Steak-EZE® Sliced Steak is sautéed with thinly sliced onions, garlic, ginger, green curry paste, fish sauce and soy sauce. Simmered with coconut milk until thickened then finished with lime juice. Served over top broad rice noodles with bean sprouts, thinly sliced Thai chili and fresh cilantro.

Spicy Steak Lettuce Cups
Thinly sliced purple and green cabbage are tossed with red pepper, carrots, bean sprouts, cilantro, and green onion. Cooked Steak-EZE® Sliced Steak is served over top and drizzled with a peanut dressing. 

Beef and Gouda Puff Pastry Roll Ups
Puff pastry is brushed with grainy mustard and topped with slices of Gouda cheese and cooked Steak-EZE® Sliced Steak. Rolled and cut into rounds then baked until puffed, flaky and golden.

Beef Ramen Soup
Beef broth is simmered with garlic, ginger, fish sauce, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar. Cooked ramen noodles are served in bowls and topped with broth, thinly sliced green onion, soft cooked egg, cooked Steak-EZE® Sliced Steak and matchstick carrots. 

Steak and Brie Baguette Sandwich
Demi-baguettes are brushed with a mayonnaise that is accented with creamy horseradish and mustard. Topped with cooked Steak-EZE® Sliced Steak and brie cheese and capped with top of baguette. Toasted in the oven until cheese is melted.

Thai Style Steak Salad
