Hawaiian Pineapple-Basil Sauce Ingredients – Makes about 2 Quarts

Garlic Powder 2 Tablespoons
Low Sodium Soy Sauce 2 Tablespoons
Vinegar 2 Tablespoons
Ground Ginger 1 Tablespoon
Dried Basil 1 Tablespoon

Method

  1. Make the Pineapple-Basil Sauce.
    1. Puree the Drained Pineapple Tidbits and place in a bowl.
    2. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk to combine well. Set aside.
  2. Heat the Beef Patty Sandwiches.
    1. Conventional Oven (Refrigerated Product): Preheat oven to 275°F. Heat on baking tray for 30-32 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
    2. Convection Oven (Frozen Product): Preheat oven to 275°F. Heat for 20-22 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Fill Squeeze Bottles, with large opening tips with the Pineapple-Basil Sauce and serve as the condiment with the Beef Patty Sandwiches.
