Steak EZE Breakaway Chicken 2 (4oz)
Cheddar Cheese, shredded and divided 1 c
Unbaked Pastry Shell 1 (9inch)
Package Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and sqezed dry 1 (10 oz)
Onion, Finely Chopped 1/4 c
Eggs 2
Milk 3/4 c
Mayonnaise 3/4 c
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pepper 1/8 tsp

Method

  1. Place frozen portions of chicken on a preheated flat grill (350 degrees). After the portions have cooked through about half thier thickness, flip each portion once. As the meat slices begin to cook, spearate them with a spatula. Chicken should have no pink remaining when completely cooked. Remove from the grill and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  3. Sprinkle 1/4 c. cheese into the pastry shell
  4. In a bowl, combine preapred chicken, 1/2 c. spinach, onion and remaining cheese (save remaing spinahc for another use). Spoon into pastry shell.
  5. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Pour over the chick mixture.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 15 minutes before cuttings
  7. 6 Servings
