Southern Grits, Cooked 1/2 cup
Creamy Coleslaw with Bleu Cheese 1/2 cup
Shrimp, Seasoned & Sautéed 3 oz


  1. Preheat Deep Fryer oil to 350°F. Place frozen product in oil, heavy breading side face down and cook product for 3 1/2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  2. Place bed of collard greens on serving piece.
  3. Place fully cooked product on top of greens followed by grits, coleslaw and sautéed shrimp.
  4. Serve.
