4 oz. SuperCrispy Pork Loin Fritter 1

  1. Prepare breaded pork according to package instructions until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
  2. In a saute pan, heat oil and add onion and green pepper. Saute for two or three minutes until tender. Add the pineapple and the sweet and sour sauce and simmer until heated through.
  3. Top rice with breaded prok and sauce. Garnish with green onion.
  4. 1 serving
