Deep-fried country fried steak is tossed in buffalo sauce. Served on soft toasted burger buns with lettuce, tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese and mayonnaise for a buffalo wing inspired burger.

  1. Deep Fryer: Preheat oil to 350°F. Place steaks in oil, heavy breading side face down; cook for 3 1/2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  2. Toss steaks with Buffalo sauce.
  3. Spread buns with mayonnaise. Place steaks on bottom halves of buns. Top with lettuce, tomato and blue cheese. Cap with tops of buns.
