Method

  1. Make the Creamy Katsu Sauce
    1. In a large bowl, whisk the ingredients to combine well.
  2. Heat the Flamebroiled Beef Patties
    1. Conventional Oven: From frozen state, preheat oven to 350 F. Place flamebroiled beef patties on sheet and heat for 6-8 minutes.
    2. Convection Oven: From frozen state, preheat oven to 350 F. Place flamebroiled beef patties on sheet and heat for 14-16 minutes.
  3. Place 1 heated flamebroiled beef pattie on bottom bun.
  4. Ladle 1 oz. Creamy Katsu sauce on top.
  5. Place top bun on and serve.
