lime juice 4 tsp
grainy mustard 2 tsp
pepper 1/4 tsp
shredded Brussels sprouts 2 cups
sodium-reduced bacon, cooked and crumbled 4 slices
chopped green onions 2 tbsp
pretzel buns, toasted 4

Method

  1. Flat Grill: Preheat grill to 350°F and heat burgers for 8 to 15 minutes from frozen state, turning frequently to avoid excessive browning.
  2. In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice, mustard and pepper. Add Brussels sprouts, bacon and green onions; toss to combine and set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Place burgers on bottom halves of buns. Top with Brussels sprouts slaw. Cap with tops of buns.
