- Flat Grill: Preheat grill to 350°F and heat burgers for 8 to 15 minutes from frozen state, turning frequently to avoid excessive browning.
- In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice, mustard and pepper. Add Brussels sprouts, bacon and green onions; toss to combine and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Place burgers on bottom halves of buns. Top with Brussels sprouts slaw. Cap with tops of buns.
