Steak EZE Breakaway Chicken 1 (4oz)
French Fries, frozen 8 oz
Hot Oil as needed
Salt and Pepper to taste
Jalapeno Cheese Sauce, heated and kept warm 1/2c
Onion, chopped 1 Tbsp
Red Bell Pepper, chopped 1 Tbsp
Green Bell Pepper, chopped 1 Tbsp
Yellow Bell Peppers, chopped 1 Tbsp
Green Onions, chopped 1 tsp

Method

  1. Place frozen portion of chicken on a preheated flat grill (350 degrees). After the portion has cooked through about half its thickness, flip the portion once. As the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula. Chicken should have no pink remaining when completely cooked. Remove from the grill and set aside.
  2. Deep fry french fries in hot oil until crip and golden brown; drain. Mound on serving plate. Arrange prepared chicken on top of fries. Ladle warm cheese sauce over chicken. Garnish with onion, bell peppers and green onion and serve
  3. 1 Serving
