  1. Deep Fryer: Preheat oil to 350°F. Place steaks in oil, heavy breading side face down; cook for 3 1/2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  2. Spread half of the slices of bread with Thousand Island dressing. Top with cheese, sauerkraut, pickles and steaks. Top with remaining bread slices.
