Dijon mustard 1 tsp

red seedless grapes, sliced 1/2 cup
celery, sliced 1/4 cup
chopped toasted walnuts 1/4 cup
red apple, cored and sliced 1/2
hamburger buns 4
leaves iceberg lettuce 4


  1. Flat Grill: Preheat grill to 350°F and heat patties for 6 to 12 minutes from frozen state, turning frequently to avoid excessive browning.
  2. In small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and salt. Add grapes, celery, walnuts and apple; toss to combine.
  3. Spread remaining mayonnaise over buns. Place burgers on bottom halves of buns. Top with lettuce and salad mixture. Cap with tops of buns.
