Thai Raspberry Dressing

Raspberry puree 1/2 quart
Low fat vanilla yogurt 1/2 quart
Low sodium soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Garlic powder 2 teaspoons
Onion powder 1/2 teaspoon
Ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon
Ground cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon

Method

  1. Make the Raspberry Thai Dressing
    1. Place all Raspberry Thai ingredients in a large bowl, whisk until well combined.
  2. Heat the Pork Rib Patties
    1. Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake frozen product for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
    2. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375° F. Bake frozen product for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
  3. Place 1 lettuce cup on each serving piece.
  4. Top with 1 heated Pork Rib Pattie
  5. Top each Pork Rib Pattie with 1/2 ounce Thai Raspberry Dressing. Serve.
