Spicy Ranch Dressing

Dried Dill 2 Tablespoons
Garlic Powder 2 Tablespoons
Onion Powder 1 Tablespoon
Fine Ground Black Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Buttermilk ½ Gallon
Vinegar ½ Cup
Low Fat Plain Yogurt 1 Quart
Low Fat Mayonnaise 1 Quart
Frank’s or Your Choice Hot Sauce ½ Cup-More or less to taste

Method

  1. Make the Spicy Ranch Dressing.
    1. Place the Dry Ingredients in a large stainless steel bowl. Whisk until well combined
    2. Add the Buttermilk and Cider Vinegar, Whisk until well combined.
    3. Add the Yogurt and whisk until well combined.
    4. Add the Mayonnaise and whisk until well combined
    5. Add the Hot Sauce and whisk until well combined. Keep refrigerated and whisk before use
  2. Cook the Teriyaki Beef Dippers
    1. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat for 11 minutes. Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat for 5 minutes.
    2. Place 1 cup Baby Spinach in a bowl or large compartment of a lunch tray.
    3. Arrange 4 Cooked Beef Strips on top of the Spinach.
    4. Add ½ cup Grape Tomatoes to each Bowl and sprinkle top of each with 1oz Shredded Carrot.
    5. Add 1 Whole Grain Breadstick and serve with the Spicy Ranch Dressing.
