Creole Mayo Ingredients

Low Fat Mayonnaise 3 Cups
Creole, Coarse Grain, or Yellow Mustard 1/3 Cup
Garlic Powder 1 Teaspoon
Onion Powder 1 Teaspoon

Method

  1. Make the Creole Mayo by combining all the Creole Mayo Ingredients in a bowl. Whisk to combine well.
  2. Heat the Teriyaki Chicken Dippers.
    1. Conventional Oven (Frozen Product): Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat for 16-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
    2. Convection Oven (Frozen Product): Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat for 7-8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Place 4 heated Chicken Dippers on bottom Bun. Top with 1 Lettuce Leaf. Place 1 Tomato Slice on each sandwich.
  4. Ladle ½ oz. Creole Mayo on top of each. Place top Bun on. Serve.
