Tomato Paste 1 Quart
Water 3 Quarts
Garlic Powder 1 Tablespoon
Dried Oregano 1 Tablespoon
Chipotle Powder 1 Tablespoon

Method

  1. Make the Chipotle Sauce
    1. In a saucepan combine the Tomato Paste, Water, Garlic Powder and Oregano. Whisk to combine well
    2. Bring to a slow simmer and continue to cook, whisking often for about 5 minutes
    3. Remove from heat and whisk in the Chipotle Powder, until well combined. Keep warm.
  2. Heat the Beef Meatballs
    1. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake frozen product for 11 - 13 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
    2. Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake frozen product for 8 - 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
    3. Microwave: Heat frozen product on high power for 2 - 4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Place the heated Beef Meatballs in a deep steam table pan. Add Chipotle Sauce and gently stir to combine well.
