Mediterranean Red Pepper Dressing

Low Fat Plain Yogurt 1 Quart
Chopped Red Bell Peppers 2 Cups
Low Sodium Ketchup 1/2 Cup
Garlic Powder 1 Teaspoon
Onion Powder 1 Teaspoon
Dried Oregano 1 Teaspoon
Fine Ground Black Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon

Method

  1. Make Red Pepper Dressing; Set aside.
  2. Heat Low Sodium Beef Patties.
    1. Convection Oven (Frozen Product): Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat for 9 - 11 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
    2. Conventional Oven (Frozen Product): Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat for 15 - 18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
    3. Microwave Oven (Frozen Product): Place on microwave safe plate, cover with paper towel and heat on high for 60 - 70 seconds.
    4. Flat–Top Grill (Frozen Product): Heat grill to 375°F (medium – high) for 10 - 12 minutes (5 - 6 minutes).
  3. Place 1 cup Chopped Lettuce in a bowl or large compartment of a lunch tray.
  4. Put 1 heated Beef Patty in Pita Bread on top of Lettuce, half of the burger will be showing.
  5. Ladle 1 oz. Red Pepper Dressing on the burger half showing.
  6. Garnish each bowl with 3 Tomatoes.
