Deep-fried country fried steak is sandwiched in crusty Italian ciabatta buns with fresh mozzarella, tomato, arugula and basil. Finished with a drizzle of balsamic reduction and capped with bun top before serving.

balsamic reduction 1 tbsp


  1. Deep Fryer: Preheat oil to 350°F. Place steaks in oil, heavy breading side face down; cook for 3 1/2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  2. Spread mayonnaise evenly over both sides of buns. Place steaks on bottom halves of buns. Top with mozzarella, tomato, arugula and basil. Drizzle with balsamic reduction. Cap with tops of buns.
