Microwave: Microwave: Leave sandiwich in wrapper.Times based on 1000 watt microwave. From thawed: heat 35-40 seconds. From frozen:heat 45-50 seconds. If heating multiple sandwiches, increasetime as needed. Caution: Product will be hot. Allow to cool1 minute.
