Preparation Method
Conventional Oven: (Frozen product): preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Heat for 14-16 minutes. (Thawed product): preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Heat for 7-8 minutes.
Convection Oven: (Frozen product): preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Heat for 6-8 minutes.
Microwave: Prepare from frozen state. Microwave: (1100) watts) place 1beef steak on a microwave-safe plate. Add 1 tablespoon water and cover with paper towel. Cook on high (100% power) 40 seconds. Flip beef steak over; cook on high (100% power) 30-35 seconds. Let stand 2 minutes. Appliances may vary, promptly refrigerate any unused heated portions.
